I was admitted and had quadruple by pass surgery on January 9, 2023 at Methodist Hospital, in Omaha, NE. Dr. Batter was very straight forward and used simple terms to explain my blockages and the procedure that he would be performing.  In addition, Dr. Batter took the time to answer all of the questions my wife and family also had. I really liked that Dr. Batter also let me know what to expect after the surgery and that recovery would begin very quickly post procedure. Post surgery again Dr. Batter explained the positive results achieved by the procedure with language that we all understood. I was given a short introduction to a coupe of PA’s that were a part of Dr. Batter’s staff. It was during this time that I realized I had an excellent surgeon as everyone on his staff knew who was in charge and listened intently.  Dr. Batter continued to display his confidence in his abilities that was very reassuring to me. Finally, every encounter with Dr. Batter continued to impress me and my family with his leadership capabilities and confidence that is only possible with experience. My family and I appreciated Dr. Batter and his team very much. I would give my highest recommendation to Dr. Batter. 

I should probably rate Dr. Batter a 4 on punctuality but he’s a busy man.
