Relocated from out of state 10/2018. May 21/2019 - first visit with Dr. Ergle was unimpressive. Mentioned that I was due my annual check-up. He Immediately asked what I was there for. He had not bothered to review my medical history. I explained to him my most major concerns that I wanted to addressed. I don't know what he heard or were his mind was, because he didn't hear a word I said. After I spent apprxly 15 mins voicing my health issues. He mentioned casually that MAYBE we could check into sending me to have an xray and then possible a specialist for a consult for a particular procedure. Presumably, he noted this action in my e-chart. I never heard back from the office regarding any proposed xray or consults for testing. The only thing was noted on the e-file was a follow-up appt in 6 mos. I never heard back from the office. I phoned the office complaining with the same chronic issue. June 3, 2nd visit. Short story I had to tell him what I wanted. I requested blood work and an x-ray. I was already overdue for my annual check-up. Got the order for blood work. He then mentioned an xray for that day. I waiting until the following day to have the xray done, I arrived at the location...NO order. The person had to phoned the office in order to proceed. I waited for the results for 1 wk. I had to call Ergle's office. They couldn't find the results so they called back hours later.
On June 26, 2nd visit, to address my health issue, the nurse said I was there ONLY for a follow-up for my BP. What! I stated no I was not...she further stated that, it was noted on the chart. WOW! He came in after 15 mins, He asked me what my visit was for. He never mentioned anything about the xray. He then ask that I explain and to enlighten him on my visit. He continued to ask for additional symptoms. His conclusion was yes it certainly did sound like I a had an issue. I checked out and requestd my referral. ... It was mentioned that someone would contact me with that information. I called for a following up as to where the referral was and what office was I to go too. They ask where did I want to go? WHAT! I then mentioned that, that was there job not mind. She said Ok, but someone had sent the referral to the wong location for the consult. Eventually someone phoned from the specialist office after one week. The appointment was made and the consult was successful. On to the next phase, July 22 2019. TBC
