I was scheduled for a procedure next week. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to answer rudimentary questions (estimate of the total cost of the procedure) so I will be spending my money elsewhere. I have scheduled an appointment with a different provider and the staff is much friendlier and helpful. 

My regrets: 
1) the co pay fee I paid for the first visit; and 
2) not being able to see Doctor Shah - he was very nice and seemed like a great doctor. But, there are a lot of GREAT doctors so the attitude and overall helpfulness of the staff is CRITICAL.
