I do not recommend this dr. First, he does nerve blocks in Springville and Dunkirk only. So, if you don't live near there, don't even call for an appt. Second, this dr has you sign a contract, but HE does not hold up his end of the contract and conducts regular telephone calls, one week and two week intervals. He would not renew the prescription beyond that.  He blamed it on my insurance.  There is nothing wrong with my insurance and that was a complete lie.  I never had a dr lie to me like that. Then, he had me into his office in two weeks rather than he said, a month. I have dealt with him for 1.5 months and he does not appear to be trustworthy. He said one thing then asked me to do another. I would not trust him to put a needle near my spine. Then, on top of everything, he left me hanging without any treatment plan or medication. I received a reminder call on Fri for the Mon appt. When I get there, he stated he does not have a treatment plan for me. The least they could have done was call me. I wasted time, gas and time off work to go to his office. Completely unprofessional and lacks the ability to communicate good medical care with honestly and integrity. He appears to want to make unnecessary appointments, very close together so he can get the insurance payment and copays. That is a lot of running around and unnecessary expenses that I could not afford. Bottom-line, he was not interested in treating me, but making money and I called him on it. Guess I was right.
