Dr. Hill is not a compassionate doctor. I went to him for left shoulder pain. His answer for a few of my questions was "My crystal ball is not working". Wait time is usually in excess of one hour. 
I mentioned that I have some discomfort on right shoulder as well. He simply said he has not evaluated my right shoulder, and didn't bother to check at all.
