Heidi and her 'trainee' were very thoughtful and interested in my medical background. Heidi suggested ear care until our next appointment in eight months for regular ear cleaning. I am to call her if I have a gravelly throat often. I thought my throat was gravely this time because of eating late and going to bed too soon.
