I’ve been to visit about 3 times since I found this Dr. The very first appointment she was 35 mins late & her MA said “it’s early morning she’s always late because she needs coffee first.” Once arrived, I was almost talking to a ghost, my concerns were not heard & just random procedures were done to get me out of the office. I shortly after received a bill; much higher than expected. When speaking with the office staff they advised that the length of your visit is a part of billing. I complained that I saw the Dr for all of 10 mins & that she was 35 mins late. She prescribed antibiotics that after going to the hospital the Dr there exclaimed “why would a Dr prescribe this for your symptoms”. My next 2 visits were similar except she had a student doing all of the work. I have yet to have answers or get anything resolved.
