I am disappointed I chose this doctor to treat my child. He provides little to no follow up care. In the past four months, he has cancelled appointments four times (I'm told by the office staff he is "out of town/out of the office"). We have to wait a month for the rescheduled appointment which he ultimately cancels. This lack of follow up care has left my family feeling alone and helpless. I should have fired this doctor sooner. The office staff is the unfriendliness staff I have ever encountered, but that can be overlooked if the doctor is effective. When I begged to see another doctor in this practice after our third appointment was cancelled, I was told that was against the policy. I have never had an experience such as this with any provider.
