I arrived 10 minutes early for my initial eye exam appointment, only to realize I came in the WRONG day! The receptionist was friendly and helpful; she checked with Dr. Pham who agreed to work me into the schedule. I completed "new patient" paperwork and waited approx 10 minutes before being seen by a technician who did an eye chart test. I was then seen by Dr. Pham who introduced herself and asked if a student could observe. My eyes were dialated and a thorough exam ensued. I found all personnel in her office to be friendly, professional and prompt! I feel so comfortable entrusting Dr. Pham with my eyesight health.
