Referred to Dr. Chen for a colonoscopy.  I met with him at his office first, where he took time to explain the procedure and answer my questions.  He also checked my BP & heart, which I appreciated.  Not every referral I have had bothered to do this.  Day of procedure I was well taken care of, and Dr Chen spoke with me and my husband afterwards.  He explained what he found and showed us pictures so we could understand it all.  Never did I feel rushed or afraid to ask questions.
