"Ego out of control. I was told to be at surgical center at 1PM, no problem, I live an hour away so I left plenty of time, arrived and checked in early. I was called back a little after 1. Then I sat in the back, at 2:30 I saw Dr Smith and asked if there was a problem as I had been sitting here for an hour and a half. He decided to go on a egotistic rant screaming at me and telling me I can leave. I stayed as my pain had been off the charts for a while due to delays (delays not his fault) but quite shaken, I am 68. The surgery was done, I hope to never see him again he has skills with a blade, healthcare is more than that."
As of this date 11/12/2025 I still have high levels of pain in my wrists and can't go back to this jerk for obvious reasons.
