They request a consultation even though it is referred from my regular dentist and charge a $87 fee which you have no choice if you want to proceed. After the consultation, which my dentist already consulted me to do the root canal treatment, they provide me with a quotation of $1k w/o informing that some of the services not covered by my insurance. Then seeing my reluctant, they go back and forth and reduce the fee 1st by half and lastly by 1/3 of the original quotation. This is ridiculous by having the fees coming down that way. They totally lose my trust in their integrity.
