I picked this doctor from my Aetna healthcare plan because he had an Axcel rating.  I made an appointment but couldn't get into see him for 3 months.  I thought time frame would be worth the wait but the way he handled my case was a nightmare and the most awful experience I've ever had with a doctor.  Only way I got my test results was after several calls to his office then I had to file a complaint with UPMC Physician Complaint Line.  He finally talked to me over a month later, gave me a referral with no explanation of why and then the referred to UPMC specialist doctor's medical staffer Sue would not give me an appointment because Dr. Mistler's office did not provide my medical reasons for the referral.  Crazy UPMC doctors all they care about is statistics and their renown reputations.  I guess I just wasn't Dr. Mistler's "kind" of patient since the other reviews he and his staff have gotten were 5 stars. I unfortunately didn't get the same treatment.
