A surgeon who looks into your eyes and holds your hand as you weep and tell him your fears.  He did my lumpectomy and was extremely honest and up front with what I should expect.  When I now get a mammogram, the techs always ask if he was my surgeon because he did such clean work.  If you want an expert who is also your champion, Dr. Jordan is the guy.
