I am blown away with the level of care I have received for an ankle surgery. Dr. David Yew administered anesthesia and nerve block. He explained in details all of the steps of the procedure, answered all of my questions  and appeased all of fears and concerns. I have felt absolutely nothing during and after the surgery.  Following the surgery, I took the prescribed medication for nausea and pain exactly as prescribed and have experienced absolutely no pain or discomfort during the entire recovery period.
