David listened carefully about my problems with increased insomnia. He understands that I have 3 medication providers and that none of them alone can have full knowledge of how all my medications interact including side effects. He did the smart thing by referring me to a program provided by Swedish for cognitive behavioral therapy as applied to sleep disorders. Smart choice. I had no idea such a program existed. David has always ranked in the top range of providers in my book. He most certainly has been a tremendous help to me throughout my history with him.

David is my Sleep Care Specialist, and I check in with him annually with regards to my obstructive sleep apnea. All of my visits with David to this point have been tele-med appointments. I have also contacted David a few times in the last year using MyChart to ask some specific concerns I have with my OSA. He has always been first rate in his response time and also with his answers to my question. Couldn't be happier with the care that David provides to me as my Sleep Care Specialist. Very glad to have him as a member of my health care team.

I have been seeing David Margelli on an annual basis for several years. He has always been a good listener and has never failed to be upbeat and helpful concerning my obstructive sleep apnea and CPAP equipment. Of note is that my "new" CPAP machine's constant pressure was annoying, David found that the CPAP provider did not activate the pressure release feature. No wonder David noticed so many mask seal adjustment problems. He's good. Very good. Now I sleep even better.

The provider was outstanding! He listened, was compassionate, made sure that I understood the plan, and he never hurried me.Unfortunately, the practice is very busy. I made the appointment for this first consultation back in November 2023 - an 8 month wait. Also, I'm having to wait for ten more weeks due to their packed schedule to get the sleep test done that is the first step in getting my sleep problems treated. Other than the wait times, I'd give them 10/10!

I absolutely love him. He always remembers me and many of the details of my life (pets, occupation, etc). I feel that he genuinely cares about me and sincerely wants me to have the tools I need to control my medical condition. He asks about other aspects of my health in how they relate to the one he's treating me for and makes sure that any possible obstacles are removed or greatly eased. I always feel better knowing that he is there to help manage my health.

As it pertains to bedside manner, poise, concern and how he presents himself, they don't come better than Dr. Margelli. He is the friendliest, most presentable doctor ever. If he were a personal care physician, I would choose him. The only negative I have is sometimes the staff that respond to email messages sent to him either don't respond or take a while. But if you have to talk to them, they are pleasant. Dealing directly with the Dr is extremely pleasant.

I often send friends to this provider. I have been working with him for a very long time. He has always been great . When an issue came up that he was not sure about he was quick to refer me to someone he thought would have a better idea, It took a few departments to pinpoint the issue but it was identified and mostly resolved.He really pays attention. I've been seeing David Margelli for my annual check up since my Apnea diagnosis over a decade ago. He has always been very attentive to my questions and concerns about my general health and about my sleep disorder and related equipment.
