Dr. Hollifield butchered me during what should have been a routine infusion at C4-C5 of the lumbar spine. During the procedure he spent time asking about my professional background which is a legal background. I served in various prosecutors roles. On 7/3/2010, Dr. Hollifield was convicted of a DUI and I guess he does not like lawyers. For seven days after Dr. Hollifield butchered my spine I had major headaches and vomiting. Dr. Hollifield is an incompetent junky.
