From the moment I drove up and there were signs all outside in the landscaping with multiple rules to follow, which as I watched were not enforced,  I felt  unwelcome. I had met the staff at the Villages men’s expo at which time I was signed up for a free head to toe screening. The office called me to set up the appointment at which time I mentioned that this was a free consultation and I was set up with an appointment. Upon entering I was asked for insurance information and a billing address. I once again said this was a free consultation so they put me in an examination room and I could hear them discussing me in the hallway. I then waited for 20 minutes and in walked the PA and a woman holding a file. They informed me there were no free consultations and they need my insurance information before continuing. I of course left. I am a retired  State detective and I investigated  health care fraud and false billing among other things. I felt the whole time I was there all they wanted was a billing address.

Doctor Tran and the staff at Waterman Hospital did an excellent job on me. His office staff were professional and give me the help with information that was needed for my operation. I'll hoping to stay with these people until death do us part.
