Delilah was personable, empathetic, and compassionate. I appreciated her approach to my care. It was clear that she paid attention to my chart notes, was well aware of my medical history and still was able to discuss important topics to the appointment and my care without asking me to relive and recount significant medical trauma. She was informative without being insensitive, positive without brushing past important points and topics, and overall just a caring provider. I felt that my whole person was being taken care of, not just data points from a chart.

MY provider (Dalillah) was amazing. She listened to me. She respected my opinions and took the time to answer my questions. She emphasised utilizing evidence-based care. She also coordinated with the IB and followed up with me to adjust my care plan. I feel like, out of the 3-4 CNMs I have seen, she has been the most efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Dalilah is so empathetic and patient, listens to me with a smile and understands my concerns so well and has just the right thing that will help me out. This is coming from someone who has had a history of miscarriages and am currently pregnant. While booking appointments, she is the first one I ask for availability.

Dalillah Nord always makes an effort to make me comfortable and safe. I have past sexual abuse trauma and she is patient and understanding with me. She cared about me every moment she was with me. You won't find a better provider.
