Dr. Caldwell was amazingly patient with me, clearly discussing my past history with this concern, going over everything in my chart and relating it to how he intended to treat me. This was so incredibly important as there were things that I needed to know and never would have heard about them unless Dr. C had shared. My possible treatments were clearly offered, explained, pros and cons, etc. I felt so listened-to and genuinely cared for with Dr. C and I am so happy my RA doc referred me BACK to Dr. C. I wish Cadwell was my pain doc. It very rare when specialist not a regular doc that let's the person talk without cutting off to give them their I know more than you. I was to give my med history in a few minutes and said that can't be true or meds cant6 do that. I could he wanted to help. I left feeling that there light at end of the tunnel on my pain. Even if he couldn't help. Just being heard and not belittled. Or I'm the smarted person in room so I couldn't talk or only get a few minutes off the docs time.

Not only was all care and communication seamless and thorough, office and nursing staff ALWAYS CHECKED WITH ME RE BOTH SCHEDULING, follow-up, and future care. I was sometimes called, and called by name, by staff so that there was NEVER a question re the next step, OR what may have transpired that very day. I give your Providence staff, Doc to receptionists, a solid A+. I AM WELL SERVED BY YOUR ENTIRE PROVIDENCE STAFF!!! Happy camper, and healthier for y'all! Thank you!!

Dr. Caldwell and his office are great advocates for healthy spines. He has taught us a great deal about how pain happens and how we can manage it. The office staff was very supportive as my wife had fallen in the parking garage when we came to the appointment. They provided washcloths and support to turn in a report. We find this office and the services offered very important to our overall health and wellness.

I had heard the pain clinic was geared towards teaching patients how to 'cope' with chronic pain first. And if adequate relief wasn't attainable, or achieved, THEN you would see a provider that involved more than meditation and positive thoughts to try to help reduce pain. I was pleasantly surprised that I was misinformed. But pain can cloud One's perception. I felt free to ask and listen.

Doctor Caldwell opened my eyes to a bunch of issues around pain and my treatment that I haven't considered. He practices cutting edge technology in this regard. Dr. Cristopher Cauldwell is not someone I'd like to be a patient of again. I received no clear answers to questions I asked him and was interrupted when trying to say anything. I will ask to see someone else at Spine and Pain in the future. Everyone else in the hospital and reception areas were exceptional in my opinion.
