Dr. Mikhal is an exceptional doctor. He was the surgeon who took out the cyst that was pressing on my spinal cord. The cyst was partially wrapped around the cord, and it was cut out without cutting anything else. Prior to the surgery, Dr. Mikhal showed real concern for the sciatica pain prescribing physical therapy as well as medication. He showed the same concern at this current appointment when he discussed the need for my bones to be strong if any further surgery is needed in the future, and provided direction. He is an excellent listener, explains tests and procedures as well as answers questions so I completely understand-this also allows me to be involved in my health care. I highly recommend Dr. Mikhal.

Dr. Mikhail is an exceptional communicator. I saw him for spondylolisthesis in my lumbar region. It has been a very painful condition for me. Dr. Mikhail explained the surgery and recovery in great detail then answered all my questions with direct answers. He explained the recovery with very precise answers. It is a long recovery and Dr Mikhail made sure I understood week by week what I can expect. I was very grateful for his forewarning and management of expectations. I highly recommend Dr Mikhail for consultation.
