She and Sandy Currie were having a conversation concerning this, with Sandy Curry right behind me, in my office, and Carolyn in her office directly across the hall, with her door open. This county Mental Health center does illegal investigations, and had police interrogations going on at the center. Huge HIPPA violations. Very corrupt.
