Ive been seeing Dr Mullins for 25+ years. He is knowledgeable, stays up to date on latest studies etc. Communicates well with me and works to treat me with the least amount of Rx possible for the best results & min side effects. He takes his time with me to make sure I understand, despite my communication difficulties (aphasia, degenerative amnesia-on top of the myriad of conditions that he treats) The clinical staff is caring and communicates well and is efficient too. The only issue seems to be getting information to my provider if I call the main line. I have to use the portal or the information gets confused or may never get there. Further, the MyChart system never has my updated medication list no matter how many times I manually update jt and or update jt at triage.
