I really appreciated the doctor explaining the procedure. I had an ingrown toenail and he showed me different options including just the removal of the toenail, permanent removal and a different type of cut of the toenail. He didn't pressure me at all with my decision and I was already not interested in a permanent removal and he reassured me this procedure is available at any time so if it does come back I can opt for a permanent removal and didn't pressure me at all to do the permanent removal at that time. He answered my questions about numbing and was very patient when I took a good minute to understand the numbing process. He did a very good job with the numbing part and I felt no pain. Super profession and a master at his practice !
