Cold and uncaring. Tried to force me into intensive outpatient for a second time after the first time didn't help and after insurance no longer covered it, by having the hospital call and harass me nonstop for three days. Refused to change my medications despite severe side effects, which other providers have not done. I eventually had to find a new provider after appointments made me so anxious I had to take ativan to make it there.
