I was forced to utilize my benefits toward the end of the year, decided to go into the new year with new benefits, they insisted I do the deep cleaning ($1000.00), I needed other work which was more important.  I succumbed to the pressure of the cleaning so I could move forward.  I called immediately upon gaining a new benefit year, gave them all my insurance information, and waited for a call to resume treatment.  This is May, I called back 2 times, I still have not heard from anyone in this office or anyone associated with this practice.  It appears they are not interested as they already got the bulk of my benefits for last year and I don't need another deep cleaning.
