She is super nice and also very thorough

Michael is the Biggest POS I have ever dealt with. IF he is this bad as the other staff I would never step foot into this place because you know Doctors hire people who are just like them. So AVOID THIS PLACE RUN as fast as you can to a Doctor who's staff cares about patients and not themselves.

By far the worst staff I have ever spoken too. I was on hold for 10 mins trying to make an appt, but due to billing that I was unaware of, they won’t make me a follow up for my seizures unless I pay the balance off. The supervisor told me, “they hadn’t had a chance to call me yet.” The ladies on the phone were by far the most disgusting & rudest people I have ever talked to and met. They all sit in the front talking about patience information and their opinions about them (negative ones), their personal life like where they get tattoos as I’m waiting to check out, as well as they do this all the time, so I’m sure I’m not the only one.
The Dr. she’s a whole other level of HORRIBLE!! She’s not personable, won’t even look at you, all she does it literally look at the paper in her hand or looks at it in the room while talking to you, she has never looked at me while I talk to her. You talk to her about what you’re there for (seizures for me) and she doesn’t listen, just write prescriptions for what she thinks is best, tells me to follow up in a month or so for her to just do the same thing write prescriptions. She is all about money. She just gives medicine and that’s about it. There is no talking to her about your thoughts and opinions. She doesn’t listen. She is all about doing unnecessary test for no reason at all, besides to charge for. I came in due to seizures and she’s testing me for carpel tunnel (I could of told her that.) Once she’s done all these unnecessary test and she has no way of making money off you besides writing the prescriptions and getting paid off of those, and literally treats you like sh*t after. The “supervisor” told me to find another neurologist and I will be sent to collections, and hung up on me..

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt even after reading all these negative reviews, but since my Dr. recommended her, I went.

THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE 100% TRUE! STAY AWAY FROM HER, I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW SHE IS A DR. AND STILL IN BUSINESS, absolutely horrible.
