I have never been treated with more contempt, or less dignity, by a healthcare "Professional".    I was treated extremely rudely by Audrea Williams and as a result, was unable to obtain any medical care from her.  You should not be filled with despair when you leave your doctor's office.  Her bedside manner and manner of speaking left me feeling traumatized and offended.  I would not feel comfortable visiting this location again, and will be looking for a new primary care provider. There is no place for rude, condescending behavior in a professional setting where you are supposed to be listening more than you talk.  Shouting at a frightened patient when you don't even know why they are there and won't allow them to tell you, is completely unacceptable.   As my Algebra teacher used to say, "When you assume, you make an ASS out of yoU and ME".
