Changing dentists and called Andover Family Dentistry. Was shocked by the lady that answered the phone. Her voice was great and easy to understand. She had immediate answers to my questions. Took down my information without me having to repeat it. Fast, Quick, efficient, and very courteous. For the "first Impression" person i would rate her at a 10 for all aspects of customer service. I am rating everything else at a 5 based upon this FIRST IMPRESSION
