First and foremost is that she and her staff are totally accessible.  This being the reason I left two other cancer treatment centers.   You have many ways to communicate with her office and her staff and you will always get a reply.  The answer may not be what you want to hear but, nevertheless, you get an answer.

She is very good at reviewing your records before an office visit, and I love that she or her staff circulate during chemotherapy sessions to see how you are doing.  

If I had a criticism, it is that they are overwhelmed.  So, yes, your appointment may be 15 - 20 minutes late, and she may only sit with you for 15 minutes (sometimes, not all the times) but she does listen to your questions and tries to answer them.

This (out of three) cancer treatment centers do very well managing your treatment.
