Awful, they don't give test results, they don't fill prescriptions. They are never in the office, the answering machine mailbox is always full (no doubt other patients with problems with the office) they do not return calls. Awful, uncaring and incompetent

I went in for a yearly  exam and because I'm  in menopause. I was given a papsmear and a prescription for Intrarosa hormone replacement. I have to use CVS caremark (a mail order pharmacy) with my plan so after a week with nothing called in to them, i called the office, left a message but 3daysvwent by & no one called me back so i called again. This time I got a full machine so i couldn't leave a message. Called again the next day, got the resceptionist who told me that someone would call me back but days went by with no call. After a month of calling i finally got my papsmear results but still no prescription! 
Then finally on July 27 they called it in but they did it wrong! CVS tried to contact them but they never returned their calls either. My prescription for Intrarosa has been on hold since July 27. I have horrible night sweats, hot flashes during the day, pain & dryness but the uncaring office wont fix their mistake and have my prescription filled. Its been 36 days and counting since my appoitment! Inept, uncaring practice!!
