My daughter bled after her period for 3 weeks and I did not send her to do any sonogram or laboratory study!

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosen's for the entirety of my second pregnancy. Interactions with his staff was unbearable and waiting for him to show up was agonizing. I was threatened by staff that the doctor was going to drop me (this was when I was well into my 8th month) if I didn't pay a bill that was not completed and was just an estimate. Other staff asked me repeatedly to complain to the doctor about his tardiness. Now I get that doctors appointments run behind because you never know how long you will have to spend with a patient. But if you have an 8:30am apt and the doctor doesn't show up to the office until 10:30am, there is a problem. And no he wasn't out delivering a baby. How do I know that? THE STAFF TOLD ME!!! They told me they didn't know where he was and that they had already texted and tried calling him.
My delivery was horrible as well. I felt like certain information was embellished by the doctor to ensure I had to have a cesarean. When I asked the doctor, while in the hospital preparing to give birth, if that was the last option he responded with "Well I guess I can go in there was the forceps and pull him out but I risk taking off an ear, and him getting stuck in the birth canal without oxygen. And you know a few seconds without oxygen can cause brain damage and death. But it is up to you. YOU tell me how to do this." I was shocked. I hadn't asked angry. I was trying to be an informed consumer. You are supposed to ask questions. There was nurses present as well as my mother for this response. After he left the room the nurses apologized for him.
After giving birth, my son had to spend some time in the NICU. While I was completing a breast feeding session with my son, my husband and I noticed Dr. Rosen walking through the NICU. He was looking for me apparently. When he finally found me, he stated that he was coming by to check my incision. While I was in the process of putting my son in my husbands arms so I could walk back to my room, Dr. Rosen lifted my gown, which forced me to remain holding my son and remain seated, and inspected my incision right there in the NICU. I was shocked and totally embarrassed.
I chose Dr. Rosen because of several glowing recommendations, including one from my mother. After this experience, she and I have decided to go elsewhere. I have since shared my horrible experience with all those that have recommended him to me as well as cousins, co-workers, aunts, and friends. The first thing my husband said after our son was born was that he was glad we don't have to put up with Dr. Rosen anymore.
I think at one time he was a great doctor. I want to believe that personal issues have contributed to his obvious decline in professionalism. If this is the case, he should take on a partner to help field his practice.
