Dr Murphy has been my Son’s Doctor since he was born ( he is 9). She is incredibly kind and patient. She cares about his complete health along with nutrition and activity level. Have never had any issue with the office staff or all of the paperwork I need yearly for his school related to his allergies.
First visit very nice and professional. Second visit a totally different person very rude and she was in a rush taking and walking out of the room. Very strange person.
I was very surprised by the other negative review. Dr. Murphy has been our doctor at PHA in Stratford for 5 years since my first daughter was born (now almost 6). She is not also patient, kind and gentle with my kids she is very knowledgeable. My oldest had a weird breathing pattern since she was born and while it sounded bad she assured us that she would grow out of it but to make sure with a specialist. The specialist confirmed what she had said and while it did take almost 6 months my daughter surely did grow out of it and is a normal, healthy child. They love seeing her, she makes office visits fun and even helped our family with a delicate situation involving an inaccurate accusation. We are very grateful and despite switching my medical plan I decided to first make sure I can have Dr. Murphy in the network.
