Amanda Alba CNM, WHNP-BC, felt drawn to the opportunity to provide change in the healthcare system “from the inside” and pursued her calling to become a midwife. She most appreciates the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients to understand what matters to each patient, and then create an integrated health care plan to support those decisions. Amanda treats general gynecologic health maintenance, menstrual cycle concerns, contraception, preconception, prenatal care, labor and birth, postpartum care, pregnancy loss and grieving, transitions in adolescence and menopause.
