Dr. Schmitt is my favorite pediatrician. She is the one doctor in our life that has not only been consistent (not dropped our insurance or left the practice) but has given us real time and attention. She has cared for 2 of my boys. One is grown and at 20 was still seeing Dr. Schmitt before his wife suggested he move to an adult PCP. He has not found one yet that provides the quality of care and attention that Dr. Schmitt gave. When I visit with my teen son, Dr. Schmitt asks about my older son and remembers things about their medical history from long ago. She has a very calming presence about her and she asks all the right questions. She is good at explaining procedures and diagnosis and we never leave with questions. We will miss her when my son ages out of being able to see her.
