I am a law enforcement officer and  had to cancel my appointment due to being called out while at work to respond to an emergency situation. I called the office to cancel my appointment  which was not an issue but weeks later I received a $50 bill. I called back to explain the situation and requested if they can make an exception based on the circumstances. The office managers reply was that they are in the business of making money and if they do this they keep losing money. I would not go back to place like this that does not even have the courtesy to politely deny my request. 
The service there is ordinary - nothing out of the way to give it a good rating.
