Dr Kelly was great she took care of me and got me my medicine my nurse was also very good staff was very nice overall I had a great experience

I have been going to Dr. Masri for decades now.  He found that I had blood cancer in 2021 and referred me. I see him most of the time, and I have never had problems with the staff.   Anytime I have questions, he does not hesitate to see me or answer my questions.  I feel like I am in good hands with him.

I've been going here a couple of years and its getting worse.  You never see the actual Dr. Always a P A The last one I specifically told her I couldn't take a medication.  She went and spoke to another PA, csme back and prescribed a medication w a generic name.  When i had side effects i asked the pharmacist and was informed that it was in factthe same medication i said no to.
Next visit I asked about it. All she said is "oh well I'll notate that on your records"
No apology, no explanation.
I then asked for a refill on my other medication. When i went to the pharmacy they said it wasn't there. I called Dr. Office and was told that they have their own holistic version fir sale in Office and don't routinely prescribe that medication. (I've been on medication for more than 20 years)
They spend so much time trying to upsell you their brand of medicine that actual medical care is over looked.
