I have always had excellent results with her - she's fully controlled my autoimmune condition, her staff operates efficiently, her appointments run on time and she is thorough. Others suggest that she's rushed - she is very busy in her practice, but she always fully answers my questions and takes time to do a very good job with my skin. I use her office for laser treatments, which are especially helpful in removing dark spots from aging and sun damage. I send all of my friends to see her. "First, I am not one to write review in the negative sense. I was a new patient, I had an appointment at 9:30 am, I was second in the reception area, filled out the paper work, they got to be quickly and put me in a room. The Physician assistant asked me what I was there for and I said a little growth that had popped up on my forehead, very small ½ size of an eraser. She then asked if I would like a full body exam. Thinking I am here, it would be a good idea, never know, assistant asked me to disrobe except my underwear and put this paper towel over myself. She left the room, I did it. Then I sat in the room for ½ hour and decided that was too long and without an update I put my clothes on, opened the door found the assistant and explained that sitting in my underwear for ½ in the room was degrading. I very politely said if he can’t see me in the next 15 minutes I was leaving. She said I was the first in the appointment and she would get him. DR. Theodore Sebastien came in the room about 2 minute later. He asked me the problem looked at the growth, then I wanted him to look at another mole, he kind of pulled at my shirt collar, I took off my shirt. He seemed more concerned about other things, did not get his full attention. He said would not remove the little growth, It is considered cosmetic and Insurance would not pay. Never assume I could pay. They gave me some sample cream to use, sent in a prescription to pharmacy and sent me on my way. All in all, started out good, ended poorly, I would not go back."
