Dermatologist - Live Oak, TX

"This is a chop shop. This doctor sees 50 patients/day. Any good specialist will max their schedule out at 15-20. Terribly rude beside manner. Will not take the time to answer your questions with a clear concise answer. Her only redeeming quality is that of her helpful and caring staff. She is pushy, rude, uncaring and will not provide a clear plan of action nor acknowledge any other options but her own. I hope you like being reminded of the direness of any condition you are in, because she will serve this to you numb and clinically in an uncaring manner. Needless to say, will not be returning. I feel so bad for any of her patients who are not able to self-advocate."

"Staff was rude and didnt acknowledge me. I was told pricing with Insurance would be a specific price and I ended up paying double. Nurse practioner saw me for 2 minutes. Did not throughly inspect reason for visit and gave prescriptions that have not worked at all months later. Called or follow up and phone staff was rude as expected."
