"He is a phenomenal Doctor and really knows what he is doing. He helped my Husband so much and we look forward to his continual care. The only reason his staff got a mark off is because one nurse told my husband and I that we were done and could go home and didn't give us his scripts, We assumed they were calling them into the pharmacy. When his scripts never got to the pharmacy, we called back and they said we were supposed to take written scripts with us, we would have known that if that One nurse would not have been in a hurry to shoo us out of the office. Other than that, this has been an Awesome experience to resolve a Horrible ordeal."

"Over several months and multiple visits he ignored my concerns, told me everything I had going on was "normal". Said I would have to learn to live with the way I felt. Didn't even notate in my chart the concerns and symptoms I was having. Drove to another state and got a second opinion from an outstanding doctor at another hospital who read the same CT Dr. Tawfik did and confirmed my concerns. Thanks to Dr. Tawfik I was ill, in pain, multiple symptoms of an infection and issues, ran fevers for MONTHS, and was told it was normal. Currently scheduled and awaiting surgery for what he claimed was normal. Very disgusted. "
