"I cannot recommend this office or this doctor. I was asked 4 times what I was there for: (1) when I made the appointment, (2) on the form when I checked in, (3) by the doctor's assistant, and (4) by the doctor. These queries were clearly meant to make sure I didn't bring up any new issue. I felt like I was being managed/controlled. This doctor was very argumentative and condescending. "

"Dr. Pierce was very knowledgeable and attentive. She asked appropriate questions and listened to my answers. She performed a surgical procedure on me and explained in detail what was happening and what to expect. She contacted me with lab results and explained everything that I should know. Very, very satisfied with Dr. Pierce and her staff."

"I have been seeing Dr. Salyard for about a year now. She has been great! She listens and has compassion for her patients. My biggest complaint is the front office staff. Recently they hired new staff and they are incredibly rude. I had financial concerns and they refused to work with me in any capacity because "It is our policy". They automatically withdraw sums under $150. For someone that lives on a budget this can drastically effect my finances. I asked if there were other options, could I put money into the account and then have them withdraw from there instead? Could they call me, email me, text me to let me know that a bill is due and I can approve the charge or decide on the payment mode? I tried to think of other options that would still work for them to get their money as fast as they can. I am very frustrated and have to find a new doctor that has a more flexible payment system. It is a shame that they refuse to work with long time patients that have sent referrals to them. I do not recommend this office. "
