"Slipped and fell at water aerobics, breaking a bone in my hand. Dr. Rosenfeld and his associates found the break and provided a cast and then a brace while it healed. Was able to continue to work and do Pilates, my major form of exercise. He was very caring and supportive during the whole process. At the time I was able to move right into physical therapy under his supervision to regain use and build strength. Great experience! Now I've sprained the other hand and will try to see him again. "

What is Hand Surgery?

Our hands are not only incredibly useful and important for our daily functioning, but they are complex and delicate parts of our body. It can take a specialist to keep the hands functioning at their best. Hand surgeons are general, plastic, or orthopedic surgeons who have received additional training specifically in the care of hands, wrists and forearms.
