"I went to visit Dr. Dave because I heard from other people in my area that she’s a very kind and helpful doctor. When I went she was kind, however it felt like I was just another patient. I tried voicing all of my concerns with my health and she kept interrupting me and felt like she rushed my appointment. This was very upsetting and also frustrating with the amount of money people pay and how long we have to wait to see someone just to be told to “take more vitamins and lose weight” within 10 min and that be the end of the appointment. I understand sometimes that’s all it is for SOME people, but it wasn’t the case for me and wish she just listened and taken more time to do a proper diagnosis and request a full check up for my blood tests. It just felt like she wasn’t thorough enough. Fast forward a month later I saw another doctor about my issues and was properly diagnosed with a chronic disorder. I hope she wasn’t like this with other people and maybe it was just a bad day, but I shouldn’t feel like just another number/patient to get through for the day. Also when I was here the office staff in Newton on High Street were not very kind to new patients. They were very impatient and unwelcoming. I couldn’t tell if it was because there’s a bunch of them talking on the phones at the same time and helping people so it was overwhelming for them or what but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. "

"Went in for nose congestion. Doctor in a bad mood, examined me a distance, appears reluctant to come close to do proper examination. Saw blood in my nose from a few feet away and determined that I had a viral vs. bacterial infection. But still prescribed an antibiotic as if she wasn't sure. Very poor doctor/patient manners. Worst I have came across. My wife saw her a few days later and had same experience. Will not see her again."
