"On 7/4, I went to Downtown Lutheran E.R. I presented to the E.R. with severe pain in my Right shoulder and arm. Based on a previous hospitalization in June, Doctors' preliminary diagnosis is a pinched nerve. Dr. Mhlophe he was on duty in the E.R. late that evening. I shared with him the information from the June hospitalization. Dr. Mhlophe stated he was ordering Tramadol and Flexeril for my pain. A CT Scan and Xrays were also ordered. The Pharmacy took an exceedingly long time to deliver the meds to my Nurse. Finally, the Nurse dispensed the meds to me. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes later, Dr. Mhlophe entered my room and stated my test results. He then stated I was being discharged. I informed him I was just given my meds and was still experiencing severe pain. He repeated that I was being discharged, and left the room. It became apparent that Dr. Mhlophe had no goal of alleviating my pain prior to discharge. I left the hospital with the exact same pain level."
