"While I found Dr. Pace to be very professional, knowledgeable and personable, I sadly can not say the same for her supporting staff. For 2 weeks I attempted to get something as simple as as a glucose test strips order filled, yet all I got was "Here's a different Fax number they can try" or "We have not received anything for the Medical Supplier". In frustration I finally gave the Medical Supplier a different Doctor to try and within 24 hours, I had test strips on the way. I will add that I waited over 3 months for an appointment to see this doctor. All this is very frustrating for someone who simply wants to manage their diabetes. "
