"Although Dr. Yocum was nice enough, his office staff, nurse, and billing department are incompetent. I had to call weekly to followup on a simple test result that the nurse never submitted. She would tell me it was held up by insurance every time. This went on for 6 weeks. I finally called my insurance, and they confirmed it was never submitted. I called Dr. Yocum's billing department, and she admitted the nurse was causing these problems. Thankfully, this wasn't a life or death issue, but if it was, I'd probably be dead. Don't go here if you need testing done."
