"I scheduled an annual preventive/wellness appointment with the doctor for my wife. On being being asked if we want to share anything with the doctor, my wife suggested few items like sometime she has headache and leg ache etc. but neither she was sick at that time nor it was a sick visit in any case. When I got the claim letter from my insurance Aetna, I get to know that Doctor's office has marked it Sick visit and charged to my deductible. Even after calling to doctor office, it was not corrected. Also, doctor suggested a quick urine test, we earlier also had that test as part of preventive check and it was never charged. They claim it of $57 to my surprise. I am simply shattered. Highly disappointed. "
