"We went to Zimolstrad since I knew a friend used him when our kids were young. Now my granddaughters needed assessment. They said they were in network but didn't take medicaid. But since she had it for a secondary insurance we would not be billed a copay. Upon arrival we were told they didnt do that discount anymore and I had to pay a copay which I did. Went through there various things. Told me my paperwork would be sent within a couple weeks to us and to her pediatrician. NEVER RECIEVED. 8 months later I got a letter that it appeared they never sent this out. NEVER sent to the doctor. Now she was too old for the recommended therapy. Got set behind an additional school year for help which has complicated things since. In addition once they finally did send it - they also sent an additional $75 bill. And gave me 3 days to pay it or they would turn it in to collections, They did immediately. There was no reason given for additional billing. They refused to answer our complaints and hurt our credit. Even with a dispute I was attempting to get financing at the time and the credit union insisted it be paid immediately even while in dispute. SO these jerks double charged my co pay - hurt our credit and caused immense damage to my granddaughter that we are still dealing with. HE and his office are ABSOLUTE JERKS and incompetant to not even provide the paperwork for service paid for by us and our insurance. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!"
