"I am a new resident to Florida and needed a primary care physician. I chose Dr. Kaszuba from my insurances directory and called and set up an appointment. The office gave me to date and time BUT when I showed up for the appointment I was told that the doctor only comes in the office in the afternoon but his office STILL set my appointment up for the morning. The annual physical was a joke. No prostate screening, no hernia screening, blood flow screening and no mole screening. I was given lab work and went to the hospital next door for the lab draw. The doctors office set up an appointment with me for one week later to review the lab results. Well I arrived and sat in the exam room for 45 minutes before staff came in an indicated they hadn't received the results. They said they would call me later with the results. Well it's now 5 hours later and still no call. So two visits to the office and I have yet to see the doctor and have no idea about the results of my lab work. I would highly recommend choosing a physician is there for YOU and not just to bill and receive payment for services which he did not perform. "
