"Strong smell of alcohol on his breath. Appeared to be staggering when he walked. Flippant. Dismissive. Then disappeared. Failed to treat deadly lower respiratory tract infection. And this was in the ER where I had been referred by the Prompt Care Clinic of the same hospital network. I was literally CHOKING in my own FLUIDS as my O2 sats plummeted and "Doctor Pickell" (not a real doctor, just an OsteoQuack) ignored me then discharged me to die in the parking lot. I almost did. My life was saved later that day when an ACTUAL DOCTOR prescribed a strong antibiotic and a powerful steroid so I could breathe. It was a severe lower respiratory infection that the drunken Tyler William Pickell had simply ignored in his alcoholic stupor. Avoid Dr. Tyler Pickell, DO, and refuse his "treatment" if he comes near you in a clinic or E.R. He will murder you as he tried to do with me. But based on his breath and staggering, maybe he's a ton of fun at the local tavern? Sheesh!"
